Eyre Manor is a large sprawling estate, at least 10 acres of land on the outskirts of the tri-city area. A somewhat hidden entrance on a dirt road leads up a gravel drive, the greenery almost touching your car as you enter.
You then hit smooth pavement which takes you through the winding trees and a high gate until you emerge into a clearing. The clearing itself holds the house, pool house, greenhouse and garage as well as many gardens. Behind the house is a cliff face and a waterfall, beyond that cliff is the Kennedy National Park and Conservation area.
As you park your car in the circular driveway the house would be in the center, the garage off to the left right beside the greenhouse, the Pool enclosure is behind the house and barely seen at all from this angle and to the right is the waterfall area.
